Decisiones, 1511-1870.

In the Decisiones series one primarily finds the conclusions of the Tribunal that have been prepared by the legal representative (uditore ponente) in charge of the case and that will be sent to the litigating parties. In addition, this series includes nine "Libri particulares," the collected notes and personal reflections of individual auditores concerning cases brought before the Rota (e.g., nos. 1-4, 6-9, 12). These notes were also commonly called decisiones. Vols. 10 and 11 contain positiones from 1551 with very brief notes regarding the conclusions of the Rota. Many volumes have internal indexes by diocese.
